Nowadays many people depend on their phones and most of them don’t even notice it. Honestly, I bet that you aren’t aware of it as well! That’s why my classmates decided to research the situation, make a few presentations about this topic and discuss the findings.
Although it was quite complicated , we learned a lot while making them and had lots of fun. We talked about the major problem which was about how the usage of phones has affected our lives and what damages they might have already caused: poor sleep quality, eyesight problems, less physical activity and many more.
This project was undoubtedly extremely useful because we not only showed and explained how people can get addicted to their own mobile phones, but also managed to make others aware of it.
Our project went like this: first we asked local population some questions about their usage of mobile phones, then we put everything in the charts and came up with descriptions as well as conclusions.
Everything that has been stated so far proves that phone dependency can interfere with social and occupational functioning. People need to find a healthy balance and learn how to use mobile devices responsibly.
